Hello,

I have a topic that retrieves the budget from an excel file filtering by the country or city. When I test it on copilot studio it works, but after publishing, when I test it on Teams it gives me this error:

Someone can help?

I also had similar issue for some of the bot interactions with business users and unfortunately there is no way of handling it as of now.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can follow these steps:

    1. Investigate further by gathering more information about errors in Dataverse.
    2. Verify if there are any failures in the Power Flow.
    3. Test by publishing it on a demo site to see if it functions correctly there.

Hello, what if it does work on the demo website?

    Hi @saraxcopilot

Sometimes issues are due to Authentication in Teams and Since the Demo site works with No Auth, this might work.

It appears that Copilot Studio didn't handle the error smoothly in your situation.

I suggest examining the Power flow logs to check if it captured any exceptions that could assist in identifying the problem.

Also, please refer to the following video if you're utilizing SharePoint as the knowledge base for the chatbot:

    Hello,

I do have authentication enabled. Maybe something wrong with it?

    Hi @saraxcopilot

Possibly. Is this Authentication setting functioning properly with the Copilot Studio testing canvas?

In theory, with this setting, you should encounter a "Login" button when initiating a conversation with the bot. Clicking on the "Login" button should redirect you to another Microsoft login screen where you can authenticate. After logging in, you will receive an authentication code that you need to provide to the Chatbot to complete the authentication process.

If my response has addressed your query, kindly mark your post as Solved.

If you found my response helpful or it provided you with a direction to proceed, please give it a Thumbs Up. Your Kudos are appreciated. You can accept multiple posts as solutions.

    Cheers ,
