Hello Everyone,

I've build Apps then I found these problem.

Do anyone have idea to fix it ?

    Hi,

    This problem happens when an item or document is beeing updated at the same time twice by another user or by an automation. 

    As far as I know there is no way to fix it, but you can check how often those items are beeing updated and check why there are people/automation updating the same item.
