New Power Automate Licensing

Has something recently changed with licensing or something as I have a project that has been running since November (3 months) and all of a sudden I can no longer edit/save the flow. It runs but it wont let me update it and I cannot figure out why all of a sudden. I am a Power Platform Admin.

    What license do you have right now? It says you're using an action with a Premium requirement, meaning that you need to have licensing that supports that.

    I know they'd modified some that used to be standard to premium.  Maybe it's finally caught up?

    @Rhiassuring It is a Dataverse List Rows, it says it runs off of the Owner which is myself.

    The Dataverse connection has been Premium for as long as I can remember. As for licensing we are using a per app and I have the Power Platform Admin and Dynamics Admin.

     

    The thing is the flow still runs, but attempting to save the flow with an update it will not save and I am prompted with the above error/warning messages.
