Hey everyone,
I am trying to open an app from PowerApps but a user within my organization is getting an error in opening the app:
When Signing in, they get this error:
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

have you confirmed that they have access to this specific connector?
even with the license I believe some connectors can be disabled independently (I've had a situation when I couldn't use outlook connector because it was denied usage on one device. I can't go into details)
