My flow triggers when a shared mailbox receives an email. I sent an email at 5pm 9-Feb. The flow triggered at 2pm 10-Feb (21 hours later). It should trigger immediately; any ideas why there was a delay and whether it will happen again?
My ideas:
- Maybe servers were under high load, but it shouldn't take that long.
- Maybe there was a glitch or update that prevented flows for 24hrs.
Further details:
- The flow ran quickly and correctly once triggered.
- I noticed the flow triggered for several other emails at the same time as it did for mine (2pm). Those emails had been sent at various times in the 24hrs before 2pm.
- I checked the admin portal; in the past two weeks we used about 600 of our 4000 flow runs (presumably that's per month).

yes @Tim_von_Ahsen in my experience when we are more close to the limit flow runs, the flow not works well, but another well option is the server, more that the situations are for the exchenge server.
