Problem with Deleting Folder on OneDrive - Sudden Issue

Hi!
I have a problem with deleting an empty subfolder on OneDrive using Power Automate Desktop. Interestingly, a few days ago there was no issue, but it suddenly appeared and, in my opinion, without any reason. Nothing has been changed in the runtime environment by an antivirus update (the problem persists even after disabling protection), and I wonder if it might be related to an update of Power Automate Desktop itself? I should mention that I don’t have admin rights; only one person in the company does. However, as I mentioned, there was no problem before. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? I would be extremely grateful for any help.

P.S. The error is “Path not accessible"
Best regards,
Iza

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem with deleting an empty subfolder on OneDrive using Power Automate Desktop:

Check for Updates: Ensure that both Power Automate Desktop and OneDrive are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes, updates can introduce changes that might affect functionality.

Run as Administrator: Since you don’t have admin rights, try running Power Automate Desktop with elevated permissions. You might need to ask the person with admin rights to help you with this.

Use PowerShell: If Power Automate Desktop continues to have issues, you can use PowerShell as an alternative to delete the folder. Here’s a basic script to delete an empty folder:
    Remove-Item -Path "C:\Path\To\Your\Folder" -Recurse -Force
Make sure to replace "C:\Path\To\Your\Folder" with the actual path to your OneDrive folder.

Check Folder Permissions: Verify that you have the necessary permissions to delete the folder. Sometimes, permission issues can prevent folder deletion.

Community Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to the Power Automate Community or Microsoft Support for more specific troubleshooting steps.

If you need more detailed guidance on any of these steps, feel free to ask! 😊

If this fixes the issue, please mark as resolved to help others with find it.

    Happy to help
