"SendEvent" action is sending an invite 1 hour ahead of actual time

Hi all, we are seeing an issue in one of our Power Automate flows where the Outlook Event is sending the calendar event for 1 HOUR AHEAD of the time we actually update the list to. Screenshot below of what field's being updated by end-users, which kicks the flow off (adding to Scheduled Date field):

We've checked a few places where this time-zone is being set (from the "Time Zone" option within the flow itself, and we also verified that the dedicated account we are using to send the Event is on Mountain Time) but no matter what we change up to this point, the end result is the same.

Main questions: Where are the places we can check on list side, or Power Automate side, that'd control this?
Also, our company is based out of Arizona, yet we do not see an Arizona-specific time zone option that can be set on the PowerAutomate flow side.

Screenshots from the outputs; it's showing Mountain Time, yet, we're still seeing the calendar invites end up being 1-hour ahead of AZ's actual time (even though AZ and Mountain Time are the same right now, which is even more strange). Any help/direction is appreciated!

Thank you.

Also, for your date formulas remove the Z end of a time string. The Z tells Power Automate that this date string is in UTC timezone.

Thank you for the reply, @EKarim. We ultimately found that the regional settings on the site level were set to Pacific time. Once we changed that to our desired time zone, all was good! Thank you anyways for the suggestions!
