Filter array and looping

Hi

I have followed Christine's video (1) Get Planner data for a LIST of Plans in Power BI with Power Automate - YouTube to bring through a bunch of Planner plans into PBI, however I am wanting to edit the flow to only bring through items that are less than 100% complete in taskprogress column. So far it hasn't worked, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Very new to Power Automate, so any help is much appreciated.

I added the filter array step after List Tasks step: from: body('List_Tasks')?['value'] and condition percentage complete is less than 1. I then added the loop below it: outputs('List_Tasks')?['body/value']

in my PBI dataset, the 'taskprogress' column comes through as an alphanumeric type column and shows 0 (for tasks not started), 50 (for tasks in progress) and 100 (for tasks completed). I also tried putting if the value is less than 100 but that didn't work either - the data still isn't filtering on anything less than 100 in PBI. I know I could just filter the dataset in PBI, however I'm Just to only bring through what is required into my PBI dashboard as I have lots of different datasets in there and it can take a while to do refreshes.

You need to use the Output of the filter array action, not the list tasks.

If you use List Tasks you have disregardded the Filtered rows in your Filter Array Output which is what you want to use.

Change your Input to your Apply to each to use the Filtered Array output/body

    Cheers

I've just tried your method and still getting all the data coming through that has 100 in PBI.

Please share the entire flow, not just this.

You have a mistake I need to see it and I need to see how you are getting this information.
