I accidentally hit the back button on my browser while in edit mode in my PowerApp, and when I try to get back in, it now tells me i can only be in Read Only because someone else is editing. It was me that was editing. I tried everything including rebooting.. ALways the same message - I am on a time crunch to fix my app and now this.... unbelievable

I would contact your admins/help desk and see if they have some weird settings set up on your environment, and if all else fails put in a support ticket with microsoft.
Forums wont be able to assist much with this
I just came across this exact same issue, did you find any solution on it?
same issue as well, why on earth did Microsoft make this feature worse. Before it gave you an over ride option, now it locks out you out. Clearing cache, restarting browser and PC still locked out.
