    Hi,

Can you please provide your environment and model id ?

Can you find it in the URL when you open the model

    https://make.powerapps.com/environment/%ENVID%/aibuilder/models/%MODELID%

No, I opened the URL you shared, and nothing on that page.

I am training AI Builder in company environment with available Power Automate license.

BTW, I checked my AI Builder credits in admin center as below, does it mean my credits have been used out?

No this are the assigned credits.

You get credits through your license.

Then these credits are assigned so it can be used on the environment.

This only means the assignation has been properly performed by your admin.

With regard to the link, can fo to make.prowerapps.com --> AI Builder --> model and click on your model?

You will get the model id in the URL.

    Thanks,

Hi @CedrickB , below is the Model ID you requested.

    https://make.powerapps.com/environment/Default-0159e9d0-09a0-4edf-96ba-a3deea363c28/aibuilder/models/aeba5c8c-8f44-4366-81cb-1936aeda5d23

And after I click "Edit Model", you could see all Collections are empty. but before this morning, all documents are viewable in each collection.

So, I am wondering if you could tell me what had happened, thanks a lot.

Is it possible that I might have used out this month's 5000 credits which were seeded with my Power Automate attended RPA plan? that cause all my existing documents in each Collection invisible?

As I only could see the credits for my Environment in admin center, I still don't know how many credits remained with my attended RPA plan, can anybody help? Thanks.

    We are investigating.

Is it possible that the model was initially created with another account?

In that case, the document added are only visible by the initial author and that may explain this behavior.

No, I only have 1 account, and I created/trained this model with the same account.

Yesterday morning, I still could add new collections/documents to train the model, but after 11:30 AM JST Oct-28-2021, all documents disappeared...

Can you send an email to aihelpen@microsoft.com, we will organize a debugging session with developers.

Finally, I discarded the latest trained version, and started from latest published version to see what will happen.

Every disappeared document came back after I discarded the trained version, Of course some new documents in the model which not had been published gone after I discarded the trained version.

So I think this might be a bug in Ai builder current version.
