AI Builder Model not working

is there a problem with AI Builder Services in USA - Florida? Since this morning ~6:30 AM the AI Builder Models are not working anymore. Also Training & Quick test is not possible.
 
Does someone has the same issues or is there a service outage?

    Not sure if its related but while trying to retrain a model this week it is not working at all. Trying to scale up my example collections and retraining fails between 12-16 hours of retraining. It had only taken 10 mins before. Supposedly from this link: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support/knownissues/5616431 this is a resolved issue but I can't imagine that it would take more than a week for the update to roll out. I feel like the service is completely degraded.
