Licenses Needed for Azure DevOps Flow

Hi!
I want to understand a little about the licenses I need to obtain.
I want to have flows to notify in Microsoft and Teams when my Azure Devops pipelines fail. I have 82 pipelines, do I need to create 82 flows? What would the licenses be like?
Another notification I want is integration with Dynatrace. When my services are slow or failing, I'm notified in Teams, I want to do this with Power Automate.

What are the licenses for these scenarios?

    You will need a Power Automate Premium license as the Azure DevOps actions are premium actions. I have not done what you are looking to do, so not sure if it is possible. But you can take a look at this reference Using DevOps REST API in Power Automate - Hat Full of Data. I've only used the actions to add and edit items in Azure DevOps.
