Update task with new sharepoint file

Hi All,

I have a flow created to create a task when a Microsoft form is submitted and it is working great. Within that form I have a link to a sharepoint folder where clients can upload documents. Is it possible to have this flow automatically attach these documents to that specific planner task once they are created in sharepoint? This same folder will be used for multiple clients to upload files so I'd need it to only upload the files added shortly after the submission time of their specific form.

Thanks!

    Hi @Matt04

When uploading file by clients, does the file name have any unique by which we can idetify the tasks to be updated ?

    Thanks & Regards,
