Timeout Issue when starting an automated Flow by a HTTP request

Dear community,

i have got an Timeout always when I trigger an automated Flow. This Flow has an SQL Query which writes several rows into an Excel Sheet. This takes time.

An the HTTP Request Flow get alwas an Timeout.

My Setting to the HTTP Request are:
