SharePoint Power Automate For a Selected File

Hi,

 

I set up a trigger point "for a selected file". Under "for a selected file", I selected the email input feature. So, can I ask if is there any method to block certain email addresses so the user cannot input the blocked email address under "Sales Approver" as shown in the following screenshot.

    Hi there, 

     

    No, unfortunately not. The only way to do it is to have the workflow review & reject it if it is an unwanted value.

    Hopefully some day we'll be able to put validation into the input forms, but not today.
