Comparing Volume per Topic

Hi all - I know you can see the "Topic volume by date" for each topic within your virtual agent, but is there a screen that shows a list of your "Top Topics"? I want to know what topic my users are utilizing the most.

Hi macy44 - Thanks for the question! I don't know if this metric is available yet for all topics in aggregate, but I can dig further to see if there is a way to find this. For context, what are you looking to do with this info? Are there other data points you'd like to see but aren't able to yet? Thanks 🙂

Hi Nathan - I am looking to see which topics are utilized the most! This will show us what users are looking for on our website and where we can build out more content to be the most helpful to our users 🙂

Nothing else i am looking for at this time!
