Attachment copy from SharePoint list1 to list2

Hi Everyone, I need your help
I have two SharePoint list with same item around 900 item in both SharePoint now I want to copy only attachment from list1 to list2 for each project Id  because project Id is a unique identifier between both list
Please assist with any sample flow for power automate with manual trigger flow
