Building a power automate flow from a SharePoint list

Please can someone help me. I'm trying to build a flow that will need to take data from two columns in my Sharepoint List - Status and UserEmail column.

I need to build a flow that if the status in the status column is Delivered or Waiting to deliver, the the flow will need to retrieve the email address for the user that Status is assigned to, and then send them an email with all the information for that Item. Someone users will have items that are both in the delivered status or waiting to deliver status so I will need to be able to send them one email, with detail of those items.

Plus the email that I will be sending out daily will need to run where the flow can send multiple emails to multiple users based on the status of items assigned to them and provide them with the unique values of those Items in the email that they receive.

Please can someone explain to me how I can go build a flow that will do this.
