How to detect a graph pattern on a webpage and send an email if an error appears?

I’m currently learning Power Automate and trying to automate a task on a webpage. I need help with checking a graph on the page. If the graph has a line (like the one shown in the screenshot below), I want the flow to continue. But if there's an error (for example, if the graph is broken or missing), I want Power Automate to send me an email.

Is there a way to make Power Automate "see" and understand the graph pattern or check for errors like this?

Any advice or ideas would be really helpful. Thank you!

Do you have access to the source data (from which the chart was rendered)? It would be much simpler to check for your criteria.
