Apply to each is stopping my flows when I use 'Get items'

Hello,

My approval flow is fine until I insert 'Get Items', then I get the Apply to each box.

What I'd like to do is use a switch control based on the info entered. I only need one item to be filtered. I noticed that things changed when I entered the dynamic data for the approvers comments to be entered in the email and I haven't been able to revert back for some reason. The other day it was all working fine.

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm going out of my mind with this one.

Hi friend you can use filter array to get only one value from an array list.

Hi friend,

Thanks for replying.

I'm very new to flows.

So where in the process would I put this?

I want to send approval emails to different branch managers depending on the options chosen in the list. So if someone choses East branch the approval email will get sent to the East branch manager and same for the west branch.

You could do someting like this, so when you use filter array on a list the you have the response of all East brach in your list.

Thanks again.

But what if I want things filtered to North, South and West managers? I was using Switch before and it was working but since I keep getting the apply to each I've given up.
