Need help with flow

Hi All

I have some problems while creating the approval flow and hope  some help.

when i creat a  flow and select custom  responses-wait for all responses

I dont know how to fill in Response options Item - 1

    If you use Custom Responses then you would add what ever responses you wanted to show the approvers in place of Item - 1, etc.. The default responses are Approve and Reject. The below example has Retain and Remove as options.
