I want to post Adaptive card via Email using power Automate flow and want receive data on adaptive card submission

Hi Team,

I am working on approval flow.

I would like to send an email to approvers with "Approve" or "Reject" buttons with text box for comments.

On submission of data from Email,  I would like to trigger an automate flow and also want receive submitted data from user.


Is it possible? I possible can you please provide the sample working code.
