Team,

I created a flow with Power Automate + AiBuilder to analyze specific fields from a single PDF template and save the data in an Excel spreadsheet in Sharepoint.

I made all the connections correctly and the flow even saves some data in the spreadsheet, however, it reports this error message.
I've already tried to fix and search about it, however, I couldn't.

I'm using the same PDF template that I trained in AIBuilder and even with other files with the same structure.

can you help me?

Hi Rafael,

Are you using a custom Form Processing Model or the Invoice Processing prebuilt?

Also, how are you retrieving the PDF? From a manual flow with a "File" parameter? From Outlook? Other?

Can you send a screenshot of the AI Builder flow action with the parameters please?

Hi CedrickB!

I believe I am using a custom form processing template (I uploaded my files and informed the fields I need to get).
I send the PDF by email and when it arrives, my flow is configured to receive and process it with AiBuilder. Here is my complete flow.

Is it possible that the email contains also an image signature or other attachments and that the error is caused by those input being processed?

I tried again and now deleting my email image signature and it worked!
