Power Automate not sending all forms info

I have a form flow to an excel sheet business online. When I first create the flow a few weeks ago, power automate send all the answers to the questions. Now it doesn't send the information typed in the last question.

It doesn't say that there is an error and every test is a "success" but it is still missing information from the last question. (This is being tested internally so I know every question is answered.)

Is this a power automate issue or a forms issue?

Can you provide flow URL

Can you try to create simple test flow on same form and see if it replicate the issue?

Every test on the form passes but the flow doesn't copy the input of the last question onto the excel.

I do not know how to share a flow url.
