On my business computer we have to change our windows password regularly due to policy.
This windows login and office 365 login are probably coupled.
After a pasword change the flow saving attachment from a shared emailbox to a file server is not working anymore. Instead of not working, it should ask for the new pasword or something, instead of just going dead without any signaling.
I prefer outlook instead of outlook 365 as an email client and no error mail is sent.

It might be a default behavior to update a connection that isn't working because your account details or your password changed.
In your case, when the Windows login password changed, you may need to update password of connections that are coupled manually and timely so that flows based on the connections can work normally.
