Convert Time Zone when Adding/Updating Row in Excel "When an item is created or modified [in SharePoint List]"

Hello - I have a flow that populates an excel table with data from a SharePoint and it "syncs" perfectly fine. The only issue I'm having is the "Modified" column in the list shows the time in my local time (Eastern Standard Time) but when the data is used to update or populate a row in the excel table it appears as UTC. I understand why this is happening (thanks to many articles/videos) however I've tried every solution I could find online but none seem to work. No matter where in the flow I insert an action (i.e. Convert Time Zone) the end result is still UTC in the table.

I've shared screenshots - could someone help me edit my flow?

Have you tried the convertfromUTC function?

Yes I tried but i may not have been inserting it in the right place. Where should it go?

Try doing that in a compose action first, so you make sure you get the function correctly.

Do you know how to use expressions in a compose action?

Take screenshots if you are not sure of something so we can see what's going on.
