Failed flow causing error in Power Automate flow

Hi All,

I have created a power automate flow which is handling the MS Shifts email notification and time off approval process. The flow is also storing each request to SharePoint list.

If a run is failed in the flow, the power automate starts sending emails to the approvers regarding the previously approved Shifts requests and also storing the requests to the Sharepoint. It lasts until the whole flow is deleted from power automate. It is pretty annoying because the managers get the incorrect letters one after the other.

Do you know how I can fix this or prevent this happening again?

Thanks in advance,

BR,

Balazs

    Hi @Blazh

Can you share the apply to each as we cannot see the logic you mention.  Have you changed the run after setting of the actions?  If they are set to run after failure, the flow will continue to the next actions even if the previous failed.  You will be able to see this in your history also.

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
    Cheers,

    Hi Damien,

    Thank you for your reply.

There are 6 apply to each in the flow. I took photos of each one in a row. I saw the failed items in the history and also got email about them. Previously the failed runs did not cause any error. We had an MS office update. It seems that the problem arose after that.

If a failed run happens, I always have to delete the flow and create a new one. It is not enough to turn off the flow because power automate does not stop sending the emails to the approvers in turn-off mode.

I really appreciate your support. Please let me know, If you need any further information.

    Thank you,

    Best regards,

I have not changed the run after setting of the actions.

Can you share the screen shot of a history where it has failed?

I had to delete the whole flow because flow sent emails to the approvers. It was within the flow history.
