I set up a scheduled flow to send emails to a list of people in the excel worksheet. It has been running successfully but it still does not send any emails. Could someone please help me?

    Hello @khanya ,

would you please share in details:

    - the flow in Edit Mode;

    - the Excel table columns?

I may not have all the answers, but I'm curious and passionate enough to keep looking for answers and to keep sharing them.

    Hello @khanya ,

you should be able to put the "To Email" and "CC Email" in the "Send an email (V2)" action as below:

    MarconettiMarco_1-1661774957117.png

Power Automate will generate only one Apply to each loop.

Why are you trying to manage an Array variable?

Please let me know if the issue is fixed.

This is what V2 looks like now, should I change it to what you suggested?Capture29085.PNG

I had initially set it to "string" but I was getting an error message and someone had suggested I change it to "array".

    Thank you!

    Hello @khanya ,

I do think so, but I'd to know why have you initialized an array variable, in order to understand if my proposal fits your needs.

    Hi Marco

I followed the instructions detailed here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Community-Blog/Power-Automate-Flow-Sending-emails-to-list-of-people-in-the/ba-p/1189517

I'm not sure why an array variable was initialized. Would you suggest I start a new flow from scratch?

    ok @khanya ,

got it. In the link you provided the objective is to put all the email in the "To" field.

But, if you want to send the email to the address available in the "To Email" table column and put the "Email CC" in the "CC" email field, my solution should fit your needs.

Please let me know if the issue is fixed.
