Hello, need a little assistance 😊.

We need to set up a power automate to update a SharePoint which selective stores on it, the list of locations are on a SharePoint list and the files are saved within a document library. This is the flow I have set up currently:-

The condition should check the Title (Get Items) is contained in Location (File Properties)

I think it must be the condition as it does update the items but with the same value. I've also tried to use oData filter but get the same result. My logic must be faulty. Any assistance would be warmly welcomed 😃

Hi @shelleyb

Not totally clear what you want, but you mention it updates with the same value, but I don't see the code for your Update

Can you please explain which columns have the same value that you expected to change. Where you get the new value, and a snapshot of the inputs and outputs of the Update

Hope this helps :-
When PDF File is saved to Site 1 Document Library. This folder will host ALL PDF Files (1400+ locations) that have been saved.
NOTE: Unable to make any changes to this location
Condition = Match the Title to Location to update Site 2 SharePoint List
Update Site 2 SharePoint List with File.Name and Link To Item. This has selective limited view only 200 locations
NOTE: Site 2 SharePoint List has list of locations and need to mapped the reports to that from submission.
The error is that in the Update item the Condition doesn't appear to be applied and the info from when file created properties updates all the columns mapped in the Update items action.
Once the Site 2 SharePoint List has been updated it will be used to trigger additional flows, one being to send a copy of the PDF files depending on column status on Site 2 SharePoint List to various distribution lists.

Think I've realised my mistake need to move Update item to True in this example the location for the file isn't on the SharePoint List
