How do I see the extracted data, maybe in an excel or notepad?

I want to create a power automate where the flow extracts certain data out from email. 
I tihnk the flow I want, extracts keywords such as 'Customer Name' and 'FYQ' from the email.
How do I extract the data into an excel or notepad?

    Once you have extracted the data, you would either add the data to Excel using the Excel connector or create a .txt file inserting the string values.
