When replying flagged emails the workflows gets some errors. I have tried everything, but the only way seems to unflag the email before is replied. Is there any way I can automate to remove the flag?

There is no "out of the box" method in a Power Automate cloud Flow to untag a message.
It does appear s though it is possible using the Graph API but that will require a premium license and some work on your part.
Can you explain more about the errors that you are experiencing?

just a side note - there exists the non-premium action "Send an HTTP request" of the "Office 365 groups" connector.
Hi Scott! Thank you for your answer! Yes there is a known limitation with the "when an email is flagged" trigger. It triggers again if that email is put to another folder or it is replied. In my flow, I needed to send automatic replies to those emails, hence fired the trigger and caused trouble because there were repeated emails.
