Power Automate Power bi query permissions

Within Power BI, I have created a Power Automate button which will take a field (in this case Serial Number), and use this as a key for a Power BI Query using DAX. I have tested the DAX in DAX Studio and it works. However, when I try to run it in the flow, I get a permission error:

Hey @tnhurst57 ,

Do you know if this action was working in the past? If yes, can you reauthenticate and to the action and try again... I had this problem once and for some reason, Flow lost connection.

Premium Capacity for Power BI. It has never worked - I just started working with it last week.

The account you are using for that query must have "installed" (registered) the Power BI app once.
