Help Desk Chat Bot - Add requestor to teams chat

Hello,

I'm trying to make a teams chat bot that connects users to members of the help desk via the "Create a chat" function.
I'm able to manually add the help desk users to the chat, but how would I go about adding the person talking to the bot to the same chat?

*Note I am running the flow on the "The user who runs the flow" plan.
I'm also the owner and am currently added to every group chat. Is there a way to avoid this?

Any help/tips would be appreciated.

    Hi @JakeC20,

I assume your bot uses authentication? If so, you should have bot.UserId which you can feed into your flow. @Jcook has written a nice blog about this:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Virtual-Agents-Community/Getting-User-Details-To-Use-In-Power-Virtual-Agents-In-Teams/ba-p/744934

You can use that within your flow to lookup the person and use their details for the create a chat action.

Btw, as far as I am the owner will always be added to the chat. I do not think you are able to avoid that in the configuration of that specific action.
