Hello,
I expose me a question below:
A document library
Parent folder 1: "Access" column: Choice: Yes
Parent folder 2: "Access" column: Choice: No
If a user adds a file or folder to Parent Folder 1, the default value in the "Access" column is: No.
Can we have a workflow that :
If Parent Folder 1: "Access" column = Yes.
So
Items created in Parent Folder 1: "Access" column = Yes

Hi @Guillaume_G92,
You could create a Flow with a trigger that When a file is created. After one File is created in the Parent Folder 1, update the file properties to set the "Access" column to "Yes".
