Sort a List of Group Members (Select) for Adaptive Card choices

I have an Adaptive Card that's posted in a Teams chat that gives the user a list of Group Members to choose from.  

What's the best way to sort this list alphabetically? 

 

TITLE: concat(item()?['displayName'],' (',item()?['jobTitle'],')')
