Allowing anyone to run a flow

Hi all, very new to this and this is my first attempt at creating a flow so please bear with me.

I'm trying to set up a flow that anyone in the company (aprox 40 staff members) can use to pass a task on to another department and notify the originator of the task that the it has been completed once checked.
My flow works when I initiate it as its using my connectors but fails when anyone else tries to run it.

I'm assuming this is because the connectors used are all my own and not everyone has access to them.

Is there a way I can get this solution to work

Then when finished

    Hi @Mand_B ,

Could you provide the error message from the user? Let's assume the error is due to other users not having access to the MS Form. You may consider sharing this MS Form with your users.
