I'm looking for some best practice and advice on using service accounts to deploy apps and connections.
In my last organisation we setup a generic service account. For each solution, I added connection references using the service account that would run all in my cloud flows. And when I deployed from dev environment to test/Prod I would log in as the service account user so that account would be the owner and all the flows etc. would run using the service account connections.
However, I'm now working for an organisation where they are more risk adverse on service accounts and I will not be given the credentials to login as the user.
Does anyone have some advice / best practices on how best to proceed?
