flow desgin is as below: 1. When an upcoming event is starting soon, send the email to user and remind him to upload the file on the sharepoint site. (It's OK) 2. add a condition Condition 1: If the user upload the file, start an approval . (It's OK) Condition 2: If the user will not upload the file after 5 days , then send the email to him ( I have no idea to set this reminder). Any one got an idea of how to set the condition 2 ? Thanks a lot.

Can you provide a little more information.  It sounds like to document will be uploaded to a SharePoint document library.  What is the link between the document and the event?  Does the document have the same title as the event?  What criteria can be used to determine if a document associated with an event has been uploaded?

Thanks for your quick reply. When the exchange calender event is upcoming, the "flow" will send a reminder email to a group member to upload document to a sharepoint document library .If he will not upload document after 5 days, the "flow" will send an reminder email to him again. I think you asked a good question, I don't know what criteria can be used to determine if a document associated with an event has been uploaded? There is no link between the document and the event. So I can not design this flow ,the criteria is based on whether or not the document was created . Please help me find a way to desgin this flow. Thank you very much.

Without a link between the document and the event, you're out of luck...

If you aren't tied to a document library, here is one thing to try:

    1. When the event is created, create an item in a list
    2. Send an email saying that the document should be attached the list item
      1. Include a link to the list item
    3. Pause the Flow for 5 days
    4. Use get item to retrieve data from the list item
    5. Add a condition to check for list attachments
      1. Use the "Has Attachments" dynamic property
        1. If the item has any attachments, exit the Flow
        2. If there are no attachments, send the reminder email

If you need an example, please let me know.
