Could you provide a full screenshot of your flow? Where do you get the dynamic content Id for the Folder Id field?
It seems that you are going to create a task under a specific task folder. I have made the following test.
When an item is created in SharePoint list, create a task folder in Outlook Tasks, then Create a task under that folder. In the Create a task action, get Id from the previous action Create a task folder.
