I have been tasked to build an SLA flow and i have never built a flow. These are the rules
Support Stages (A B C D) SLA resets if item is modified before it breaches when it does breach it sends an eamil. Its also reset if a stage is changed from A to x. This is all running from a SharePoint list in Office365.
A – wait 7 days
B – Wait 7 days
C – Wait 21 days
D – Wait 21 days
So item is modified and has Stage A - time starts waiting for 7 days. After 3 days someone edits the item and the counter resets to another 7 days.
Item sits waiting for 7 days as its in status A, but the item is modified and Status changes to C and the timer needs to reset and now wait 21 says.
Any ideas and help would be great
