Conflict using business and non-business connectors together in a flow

I created a Dataflow that pulls in content of a spreadsheet that is refreshed periodically. I would like to send a weekly email that uses content of this data, but when I created a Power Automate flow to do this there is an error of:

"This operation violates admin data policy 'Personal Productivity', which restricts the use of business connector 'shared_office365' with non-business connector 'shared_commondataserviceforapps'.

Is there a different way to accomplish this task that would not have business vs. non-business connector conflicts?

Update:  All DataFlows seem to be restricted by the administrator from pulling into PersonalProductivity.  I ended up just populating a SharePoint list that I owned from the updating Excel and using that SharePoint list within the Flow.

The example solution from the referenced thread was related to sending emails which was not related to the problem I was having.
