Common Data Service and CSV Data Operation Row Limit?

(0) ShareShare

Dear Community,

I am working on building this flow to pull data from our common data service and create a CSV table with the information. I am running into a row limit I believe of 5,000 because the CSV file will only ever contain 5,000 rows. The report should come out to over 100,000 rows.

Is there any way to get around this row limit?

Basically I just need to schedule getting data out of a Common Data Service and I thought Power Automate would work well. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

While you are using List Records you can click on ellipsis button at the right and select settings and turn on pagination and add threshold value.

It is still resulting in only 5,000 rows. Does the CSV Table data operations have a row limit in it?

    Thank you for your help!

Yes, I am doing the list records action then creating the CSV table and saving it to a file.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Have you specified value to threshold field to 10000 if you are getting 5000 only.

    Thanks

Yes - I am going to try logging out the web browser and testing again.

Edit: that did not fix anything it is still only giving me 5000 rows on my CSV file.

I appreciate all your help! Do we know what else it could be? I might reach out to Microsoft soon.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Have you tried saving only selected columns could be up to 5 columns . I tried with 1 and it is showing me 10000 records.

    Thanks

Yes, I just tested it with only bringing in a simple text column and it is still only showing the first 5000 rows, sadly.

Is there a license requirement for using pagination?

I found my issue - I am using a fetch xml query which has a row limit of 5,000. Link to article
