Follow Up Button Approvals

Hello,

 

When using Power Automate/Approvals, the follow up button doesn't appear to send a follow up notification to the approver

 

How can this button be set up to work?

    I had the follow-up button and it worked.  But I've noticed this week it's gone and I have not changed my process, where did it go?
