404 File Not Found - Response is not in a JSON format - SPO List

my flow is grabbing two SPO Lists.  Assignments and Engineers.

This flow has been running for weeks, no changes, no failures.

The flow is now failing on updating the items in the SPO List.

I am getting the list of Engineers, and then I am updating some columns.

These columns show the total amount of cases they took for the day, I am just setting them all back to zero each night.

This part if failing for random records, all different each time.

If I put this part of the flow into its own flow, it works perfectly????

Again, this has all been working, but all of a sudden is not working.  random entries get the error, different each time.

The Get items - Engineers is the one that feeds into this apply to each.

if I put it into its own flow as a test, it works.

From the flow that is failing all of a sudden

    Hello lardo5150,

If it only happens for some records then this has to do with data. Can you try retrieving an engineer record with ID 160 (seeing thats the one that failed) in a different flow? Also try to do the same operation for that record.

    I have done that already.

Again, if I put the flow into a test flow by itself, it works for all.

Each time I run the flow, it will error on a different ID.  For the IDs that error at the time, I take a look, and there is nothing that stands out.

when I run the flow again, it will error on a different ID.

    Totally random at this point.

as a test, I took the ID of 106 and had the flow run againts that only.

    it worked without errors.

Just ran it again.  All different entries again that failed.

Aah thats a bummer. I cannot look into your flow to see what exactly is the problem. It seems similar to this:

Re: 404 File Not Found - Response is not in a JSON format - SPO List

can you please check if you have used variable that might be causing the issue ?

For example, I just ran it and IDs 75,77, and 95 failed.

I changed the flow to run just for these three, and it worked.

so I changed it back to run for everything, and it failed again.

    This time failing on 81,87,100,101,104

    Again, random, all new failures.

is there some type of limit or something that I am all of a sudden hitting?

I dont understand how it works in its own flow, but here it keeps randomly failing.

Hmm. I dont expect it to be a limit. The API limits look very different.  But you are right. This doesnt seem like a data issue necessarily. Let me see if I can reproduce it on my side. Normally how many records do you process in each run ?

I noticed several other flows of mine that use these SPO Lists failed....same error.

I checked and it looks like SPO had some issues (there is an alert for it).

Going to wait till that is resolved then test again.
