Stopping Flow

The flow has been stopped however, I cannot edit the commands nor close the flow or save it. The flow has a timer saying status: Stopping and it’s been more than 20 minutes

    Go into task manager and end the runtime bot. Bot will stop and you have your work right there, but make sure you save it straight away.
