I am facing an issue in power autoate approval flow 'start and wait for an approval' all time display Requestd by site owner name.but item created another member in sharepoint.how i fixed this issue and how to display inside Requested by actual requester name and email

You could disable the notifications and create your own custom approval message in outlook or teams by using Send an Email (v2) or Post a Message action after the Create an Approval action.

I am not sure how the requested by field in an approval relates to the site owner of a SharePoint site. They are not related. If you do not specify this in the approval, the approval request will come from the flow owner, not the SharePoint site owner.

To change who the approval comes from, expand the advanced options and populate the Requestor field with who you want displayed in this field:
