How to get Form Name/ ID formular name in Sharepoint List

Hi all,

I have a MS Forms.
I need to capture the name of the Form in SharePoint (Form Name column).
How can I get Form Name/ ID formular name in Sharepoint List?

Thank you for any and all help/guidance.

 

MS Forms name: MS FORM1

SharePoint list: Form Name column = MS FORM1

    @kinghnvn there is currently no way to get the name of the form in Power Automate and save it to a SharePoint column.
