I have one of my customer who has created his flows in the flow portal using his personal gmail account. Now he wants to export them to his business account. While trying to export he is getting the below error. Can someone help me in resolving this issue.

With reference to the "power automate premium account required error" you might be hitting the following scenario
Scenario 1- I think the problem is that you have to have a license of to use even the standard connectors and you do not have the right license.. What is the license associated to your account?
Scenario 2- You can sign up with a personal Account and you have a license but you can't use any of the Premium features. I think in your PowerAutomate solution you have used a premium connector. Expand you flow and paste a screenshot - or check if your flow uses a Premium action with reference to list https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/?filter=&category=premium

I have a query related to exporting flows from personal account to business account.
Query: I have several Flows that I have made under my Personal Account that I need to import to my newly made Work Account.
So could you please provide brief explanation about the process of exporting all the flows at a time from personal to business account.

Can you verify if your customer is using any premium connector in his Power Automate(Flow). You an find the list of Premium connectors at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-flow-licensing-faq#what-are-microsoft-power-apps-and-power-automate-use-rights-for-microsoft-365-applications
