I am creating a flow to track my company shared mailbox. I'm using a 'when a new mail arrives in the shared mailbox' trigger and adding a task in Asana tool as action...now the problem is that even when someone replies to the existing mail, it is taking that reply as a new mail and creating a new task.
But my idea is to add comments to the task even there is a reply or mail thread going to the same mail.
Hope my question is clear. Please advise me on how to proceed.
The logic of identifying a replied email is that in replyto email , It would have extra word Re: subject (say Re: Important decision) so if the mail has the subject which has word Re: at the starting, then extract the rest of sentence except Re:, and then based on that find the task and update the task in Asana tool of action 🙂
