How to access Flow Approval task and approve history based on login user on share point team site ?

I think I understand what you need but please correct me if I'm wrong.
You want to only allow certain users to approve certain tasks in the approval Power Automation's correct?
To do this, you need to send the approval to those people via their email and they will all have access. This is the only way that you can "share" an approval Power Automation. To get all of those people from SharePoint a simple "Get Items" will do. Then just create a string variable, append the emails to that variable using a loop and put the value of that variable in the approval step.
